As a Guidance Officer/School Counsellor, what does contribute positively to the culture of your school look like? And how would actually leading the culture be evident in your daily work?
These are questions that this highly interactive and thought-provoking session with Adam Voigt will help you answer.
You'll leave with inspiration to lead a shift in the way staff and students interact in your school – and the tools to support them in getting started too.
